Jim Harbaugh’s crew has been playing excellent football lately, but they’ll be missing a key component of their defense today. There were questions surrounding the status of defensive lineman Rashan Gary, who is currently nursing an injury to his shoulder. Despite being out of action the last two games, the Wolverines were hopeful he would be on the gridiron this weekend.Unfortunately for Michigan, Gary didn’t travel with the team today and will be out once again.#Michigan spokesman confirms: Rashan Gary did not travel with team to MSU.— Aaron McMann (@AaronMcMann) October 20, 2018Gary has two sacks through fives games into his junior season. While the Spartans will have LJ Scott in the backfield, the Wolverines won’t have Gary to stop him. Nonetheless, Michigan have enough playmakers on defense to continue its winning ways.Michigan and Michigan State are set to kick off at 12:00 p.m. ET from Spartan Stadium. The game will be on FOX.
